The larger 3.0" pulley will help to reduce AITs but with only a 9.0:1 CR you're not going to acheive the end results you're looking for with the Saleen S/C.

That is a great point. I've been considering a Kenne Bell 2.8 mammoth. Maybe next year. I'm so back and forth on where I want to go with this car it makes me crazy!
